On the next page, you will be prompted to enter a Username and Password. This is not your Online Banking Username and Password. If this is your first time applying for a real estate loan online, click on the “Create Account” button to set a new username and password.
Creating an account will allow you to save your work, access your account later on in the Loan Process to check the status, upload documents, give eConsent, and sign documents electronically.
Please Note: There are points in the Real Estate Loan Process when we are required to provide disclosures, and we cannot proceed until we have received confirmation that you have signed. When we do not receive signature in a timely fashion, it can prolong the loan process or delay loan closing.
The best way to keep your loan moving is to give eConsent. This allows us to email you disclosures that you sign electronically. Once signed, we receive immediate confirmation that allows us to proceed with processing your loan. eConsent can speed up the loan process by several days when compared to US Mail. To give eConsent, click “I Agree” when prompted at the end of the loan application.
A Final Note: It is beneficial (but not required) for each applicant to use their own email address when applying. This can remove confusion in the loan process as each applicant will receive separate emails containing their personalized disclosures.
